A church that has established itself and is financially viable can become a conference centre. It is then indigenous, that is: self-financing, self-governing and self propagating.

A conference centre can pioneer satellite churches in the same town or city or farther field, nationally and globally. The management style and strategy for expansion will reflect the ability and gifting of its senior pastor and his team.

While there is freedom for each pastor to pursue his God-given vision, there is corporate vision and accountability emanating from the CCP (Council of Conference Pastors).
