The National Council comprises of the Conference Pastors and some National Officers:

The International Office of the New Covenant Church has designated International Pastors spearheading the global expansion of the Church. Reporting to the General Overseer through the Deputy General Overseers, the IPs have the mandate to break new grounds and plant churches worldwide and each has a stream of churches which run concurrently with the Conferences.
